Open A Saved Document


First method:

To open a saved document while in Word:

1Start Word. Under FILE select Open.

2Find the folder the document is saved in.

3Click on the document to select it.

4Click Open.

Second Method

If Word was installed as part of a Microsoft Office Suite, a Open Office Document icon will be on the start menu.

1Click on the Start button on the Windows taskbar.

2Select Open Office Document.

The My Document window will open.

3Click on the document to select it.

4Click Open.
