Open A New Word Document


If Word was installed as a single program (not part of a suite):

1Start Microsoft Word by clicking on the Start button in the Windows task bar:

2Select Programs, then select Microsoft Word.

A new Untitled Document will open.

If Word was installed as part of a Microsoft Office Suite:

1Click on the Start button on the Windows taskbar:

2Select New Office Document. A New Office Document window will open.

 

.

Click Blank Document once to select it.

4Click OK.


Microsoft Word is launched. A new document opens.
