Create Columns Manually


1Under VIEW select Page Layout view.

Click on the Page Layout View shortcut button.

To format the entire document:

2Under EDIT select Select All.

To format a section of text:

3Click, hold and drag the mouse across the text to select it.

4Click the Columns shortcut button on the Standard Menu toolbar:

5Select the number of columns desired

Text will now display in columns.
