Page Layout View

The Word document can be viewed in different ways. Use the VIEW menu, or the four Shortcut View buttons on the bottom left of the window to switch between views.

Page Layout View:

Click on the Page Layout View short cut button.

or

Under VIEW select Page Layout view.

The Word document will display in Page Layout View.
