Set Page Margins Manually

From View select Page Layout

Click on the Page Layout shortcut button.

Point the mouse to a margin boundary on the horizontal ruler. When the mouse pointer turns into a double arrow click, hold and drag the marker left or right to adjust margin.

Slide the page margin boundary in the vertical ruler on the left hand side of the document window to adjust top and bottom margins.
