Insert Autoshapes

To insert AutoShape Objects into a Word document:

Click on the AutoShapes shortcut button on the Draw toolbar.

Select an AutoShape Style from the AutoShape menu.

Click-hold, and drag crosshair cursor across the Word document to draw the AutoShape.

Release the mouse button.

An AutoShape object is created.

Click-hold, and drag resizing handles to change the size of the AutoShape.

.

Use the shortcut buttons on the Draw toolbar to modify the AutoShape object.

.

Click anywhere on the Word document to de-select the object.
