International School High School Middle School Dorm Specifications
Chapter 1 General Rules
| Article 1 |
These General rules apply to the High School and Middle
School students that are going to reside at the dorm and it will explain the necessary
dorm rent and any other expenses necessary for the admission. |
| Article 2 |
The dorm admission expenses will be the following.
These may change according to some circumstances.

Chapter 2 Admission Expenses
| Article 3 |
The admission expenses will be paid by the student
according to the way the school will organize the payment methods. |
Chapter 3 Dorm Expenses
| Article 4 |
The dorm expenses must be paid every month on the 5th
through a bank account. (when the payment day is a holiday or a day that the payment
is not able to be met the payment will be made on the next available business day) |
| Article 5 |
Monthly payment for the dorm expenses will be 68000
yen. However, July will be 20000 yen and August will not be on the pay list. |
| Article 6 |
Dorm students will be assumed as a dorm student until
the school decides that the student is no longer a dorm student and thus the student must
pay the dorm rent until they have officially left the dorm. |
| Article 7 |
When a student is accepted into the dorm during a
month, that month will be paid as 2500 yen per day and it will be counted from the amount
of days left in the month. However, the maximum that will be paid monthly will be
the normal amount which 68000 yen and for July the maximum will be set at 20000 yen. |
| Article 8 |
When a dorm student is to leave the dorm in the middle
of the month, the student will still be obligated to pay the full monthly fee. |
Chapter 4 Food Expenses
| Article 9 |
The food expenses must be paid at the 5th of every
month. The payment method will be the same as above through bank charges. |
| Article 10 |
Monthly food expenses will be 24000 yen monthly.
However, the month of July and August is not going to be charged. The school will
add up the food expenses at the end of July, December, March and send the amount on a
receipt to the guardian of the dorm student and have any discussion necessary of unpaid
bills. |
| Article 11 |
When a student is accepted in the dorm in the middle of
a month, the food expenses will still be 24000 yen. However when the remaining days
of the month is short, the food expenses will be counted daily. In this case, the
daily pay will be 1200 yen and will be paid according the amount of days remaining in the
month. |
| Article 12 |
When the dorm student is not going to attend the
breakfast or dinner that is assigned to them and inform that to the house mother 2 days in
advance, or when they can not be fed depending on the school situation (weather, school
activities, etc.) the food expenses will be refunded to the dorm students. |
| Article 13 |
When the dorm students will be leaving the dorm, the
school will add the amount of the food expenses needed by the dorm student and then
contact the guardian of any necessary payments. |
Other Rules
These rules have been created in 1993 August 1st and will be in effect then. |
