        Aquathlon:  Gr.7 & Up
        Triathlon: Gr.7-9
        Triathlon: Men Age 40 and up
        Triathlon: Men Gr.10-Age 39, Women Gr.10 and up
        Swim 1500m
        Awards (Stay there for taking photo)

[Category] Gr.7 and up can choose triathlon or aquathlon or Swim 1500m.
Gr.1-2: Swim50m + Run 1.4km (Aquathlon)
Gr.3-6: Swim 125m + Run 1.4km (Aquathlon)
Gr.7-9: Swim 500m + Stationary Bike 10km + Run 2.8km (Triathlon) or Swim 500m + Run 2.8km (Aquathlon) or Swim 1500m
Gr.10 and up: Swim 750m + Stationary Bike 20km + Run 5.6km (Triathlon) or Swim 500m + Run 2.8km (Aquathlon) or Swim 1500m

[Entry Fee] pay on the race day
All Aquathlon / Gr.7-9 Triathlon / Swim1500m: 500yen
Gr.10-Adults Triathlon: 1000yen
Rental Bike: 500yen

[Things to bring] Uniform T-shirt or no sleeve, Swimming suits, Goggles, Running shoes, Cap, Entry fee, Lunch, Drinks

[Notice]
All the participants have to get together at 8:00AM in the swimming pool.
You can rent a bike but it's better to bring your road-racer if you have.
Pay the entry fee on the race day.
Ask your family to cheer.
