Parent Teacher Conferences

Monday, January 19th, 2009, 4:00 pm to 7:45 pm

Tuesday, January 20th, 2009, 8:30 am to 11:45 am

As our parent teacher conferences are scheduled just a few weeks into the New Year, I wanted to let you know the times now so you can plan for your attendance. For new parents, we use an Open Appointment system, where all teachers are located in the library, and you are free to speak to any teacher who is available at any time during the two half-days set aside for the conferences. I will send a letter with more details early January. Have a Merry Christmas!

FROM THE PTA

THE MEAT GUY

DO NOT FORGET !!!

If you have placed an order at "The Meat Guy", your order will be ready for pick up at school (in the genkan) Monday 15 December between 3:30 and 4:30.   If you cannot come yourself, please arrange for somebody to collect it for you as we will not be able to keep it at school.

With the end of year fast approaching, the PTA would like to thank the many people who have contributed their time, knowledge and good spirits and who have helped us in so many ways.

Our deepest thanks go to our PTA class representatives, Lyn Melville-Rea, Simon Parker, Jim Schell, Chiaki Aotani, Mrs Takada and Mr Toyoda (SSC), and, of course, to Gwyn Underwood, Rod Adam and John Searle for their continuous support and encouragements.

The PTA committee for next year are ready to proceed; please support them in their activities as we have been supported this year.

Merry Christmas, and may 2009 bring Joy and Peace to all.
